Security reporting

If you notice a potential problem through normal, lawful use, report it privately to hello@matternorth.com. Include the affected URL, what you observed, the time and a minimal explanation of possible impact. Redact personal data, tokens and secrets from screenshots or examples.

Obtain written permission before active security testing. This reporting channel does not authorise scanning, exploitation, access-control bypass, credential testing, social engineering, denial of service or access to another person's information. Stop if you encounter data you are not entitled to view; report its location without copying it.

Reports should be made privately so the issue can be investigated without exposing users. We may ask clarifying questions. We do not currently operate a paid bug-bounty programme or promise a particular reward, acknowledgement or remediation deadline. Reporting does not create permission to test third-party infrastructure.

The machine-readable reporting contact is published in security.txt. Our website uses HTTPS and browser security headers. These controls are not a certification or a guarantee against every threat.

03

Accessibility and motion

We aim to make the website usable with keyboards, assistive technology and different screen sizes, using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design target. A complete independent conformance assessment has not been performed; this is an accessibility statement of intent and current features, not a certification.

  • A skip link, semantic headings and labelled controls support navigation.
  • Visible focus styles and native disclosures support keyboard interaction.
  • Product illustrations have text alternatives; decorative elements are marked appropriately.
  • The homepage has a Pause motion control, and system reduced-motion preferences are respected.
  • Legal pages include section navigation, readable text and print-friendly styles.

Complex product animation, device-specific rendering and third-party email software may still present barriers. If something prevents you from completing a task, tell us what happened. We will review the issue and discuss a practical alternative where possible. You need not disclose a disability or medical information to report a barrier.

04

Privacy and storage choices

The Privacy Notice explains what happens when you browse, search examples, prepare a draft or send us a message. Catalogue searches are local to your browser; the preview does not send them to a live AI service. Opening an external email handler may pass draft details to that provider.

Optional Google Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics”. “Reject optional” keeps it off and the website remains usable. We remember your privacy choice on this device for up to 180 days. Reopen at any time to change or withdraw permission. Advertising tracking and automatic form capture are disabled. See the cookie and storage details.

05

Complaints and intellectual-property concerns

For a website complaint, describe the issue, the page involved and what outcome you seek. We will review the matter and may ask for further details. Privacy grievances follow the response process and targets in the Privacy Notice. Contacting us does not remove any statutory route or remedy available to you.

For an intellectual-property concern, identify the exact material and URL, explain the right you hold or your authority to act, and provide a reply address. Include supporting information you can lawfully share. We may seek clarification, review the material or restrict it where appropriate. We do not promise automatic removal merely because an allegation is made. Do not send knowingly false claims or unnecessary personal data.

What this website represents

MatterNorth is building an AI-native industrial marketplace and integrated Manufacturing OS. The current site is an interactive development preview. Its catalogue and capability examples are illustrative. It does not collect payments, accept orders, promise verified suppliers or guarantee commercial outcomes.

There are no transaction refunds or shipping timelines to administer on this preview because it does not sell goods or paid subscriptions. Before live trading begins, applicable buyer, seller, payment, delivery, cancellation, returns and dispute information will need to be presented with the relevant service.

Use the Website Terms for the current scope and the Privacy Notice for personal-data practices. This page does not assert ISO certification, SOC audit completion, government approval or organisation-wide legal compliance.
