What this website processes
Browsing generates technical information needed by our hosting and security providers to deliver and protect the site. The illustrative catalogue search runs in your browser. Our launch-interest form prepares an email draft locally; MatterNorth receives that information only if you send the message. Sent correspondence can contain your email address, name, company and the information you choose to include.
Optional Google Analytics measures page visits and a small set of interactions only after you allow it. Form contents and contact details are excluded from Analytics event parameters. Advertising tracking and automatic form capture are disabled.

Choose and change
Rejecting optional analytics keeps the website usable. You may reopen to allow or withdraw analytics. Your choice is remembered on this device for up to 180 days. Global Privacy Control overrides an optional analytics allowance.
The separate data-notice popup is informational. Closing it is not consent to analytics, marketing, a contract or future processing. We remember that you dismissed that notice for up to 180 days on this device; it can be reopened from the footer. Neither popup submits an enquiry.
Requests and grievances
Open the privacy controls and request-draft tool to withdraw analytics, clear this browser’s site preferences or prepare a request. A draft is not sent until you choose to send it through your email service.
For questions, access information, correction, erasure or other requests available under applicable law, email privacy@matternorth.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Identify the relevant interaction and what you would like us to do. We may ask for proportionate verification; do not send identity documents or passwords in the initial message.
Use the request and grievance process for the response approach, available choices and applicable limitations. Keeping information for a legal obligation or necessary claim may limit deletion. This notice does not waive statutory remedies.
India’s DPDP framework
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and notified Rules, 2025 have phased commencement. As at 25 October 2026, not all substantive duties and individual rights have commenced. We apply requirements as they become applicable and review actual collection before launching new functions. This website does not claim DPDP certification or that every provision is already in force.
