These Website Terms govern your use of matternorth.com and its public development preview. “MatterNorth”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of this website using the MatterNorth brand, contactable at hello@matternorth.com and the address below.
Please read these terms before using the interactive preview. If you do not agree, do not use those features. Merely visiting a page does not amount to consent to unrelated data processing or marketing. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Any future paid service or transaction will require its own applicable terms and, where appropriate, an affirmative acceptance process.
What is available now
MatterNorth is developing an AI-native industrial marketplace and an integrated Manufacturing OS. This website is a preview, not a live trading platform. You can browse illustrative product families and variants, filter examples, explore manufacturing capability examples and prepare launch-interest correspondence.
There are no live supplier offers, verified listings, account registrations, completed sourcing requests, purchasing facilities, payment collection or order fulfilment on this preview. Descriptions of AI sourcing, supplier matching, workspaces and operational workflows explain the development direction. Search currently filters local examples rather than invoking live AI.
Images, specifications and capability examples are illustrative. They do not establish inventory, certification, technical suitability, availability, price or a commitment by any supplier. Do not rely on them for engineering, safety-critical procurement or production decisions.
Eligibility and business authority
The interactive business features are intended for people aged 18 or above. If you contact us for an organisation, you should have authority to share the relevant information and communicate for it. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation, capability, accreditation or purchasing authority.
Viewing the website does not create an agency, employment, partnership, fiduciary, buyer-seller or supplier relationship with MatterNorth.
Launch interest and email drafts
The launch-interest form prepares a draft on your device. You review it and choose whether to open Gmail, use another email application, copy it or send it. MatterNorth does not receive your form entries merely because you prepare a draft. Email services may receive draft details when you choose their link, as explained in the Privacy Notice.
Expressing interest does not create an account, reserve access, allocate leads, guarantee an invitation or establish a purchase, sale, subscription or service contract. We have not announced a binding launch date. We may respond or discuss opportunities without committing to availability or commercial terms.
Do not send money, payment credentials or a live order through this preview. Any future purchase or paid service must clearly identify the contracting party, scope, price, tax, delivery and applicable contractual terms before commitment.
Acceptable use

They are not guarantees of orders, leads, revenue, profit, capacity utilisation or investment returns. Outcomes depend on demand, pricing, capability, execution and other factors.
Future AI assistance may produce incomplete or inaccurate results and will require appropriate verification and human control. No AI output or recommendation is supplied by the local catalogue search in this preview. Descriptions of planned AI functions do not promise their final scope, accuracy or release date.

To the extent legally permitted, MatterNorth is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, lost profits or business interruption resulting from reliance on illustrative preview content. This is not an exclusion of responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, wilful misconduct or other mandatory liabilities. No provision limits statutory consumer, privacy or regulatory remedies where they apply.
Any specific contractual liability allocation for a future paid marketplace or OS service must be stated in that service's own agreement. Use of this preview does not create a transaction fee or paid subscription.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it constructively. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes concerning this website may be brought before competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal. This does not remove access to a competent consumer forum, the Data Protection Board or another authority where the law gives it jurisdiction.
There is no compulsory arbitration or restriction on a non-waivable legal remedy in these Website Terms. Any separate agreement with a dispute-resolution clause must be assessed on its own terms.
General provisions
